Biogas Systems Facilitate the Resource Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Waste
With the continued development of large-scale livestock and poultry farming, the treatment of the large volumes of manure and wastewater generated during the farming process has become a critical issue for environmental protection and resource utilization. Anaerobic digestion technology can convert livestock and poultry manure into biogas, and through the use of supporting biogas equipment, enable energy recovery and comprehensive utilization.
A complete biogas project typically includes an anaerobic digestion system, a biogas storage system, a desulfurization system, gas-liquid separation equipment, flame arresters and safety devices, as well as biogas transmission and utilization systems. Through proper equipment configuration, biogas collection efficiency can be improved while minimizing the impact of impurities—such as hydrogen sulfide—on downstream equipment.
Double-membrane gas holders can be used for temporary biogas storage and pressure regulation, while desulfurization equipment reduces the hydrogen sulfide content in the biogas, making the treated biogas more suitable for power generation, boiler heating, and other energy applications.
For large-scale livestock farms, biogas equipment not only helps process organic waste but also establishes a circular model of “waste—biogas—energy—resource utilization,” providing equipment support for modern agriculture and environmental protection projects.
