Iron Oxide Dry Desulfurization System
H₂S from biogas . The biogas desulfurization process flow is as follows: at room temperature, sulfur-containing biogas flows from the bottom through the conditioning layer in the container at a low flow rate. Hydrogen sulfide in the biogas comes into contact with iron oxide, and hydrogen sulfide is oxidized to sulfur or sulfur oxides.
After a period of use, the packing inside the equipment is oxygenated to reduce it. This desulfurization and regeneration process can be repeated multiple times. The purified biogas is discharged from the top of the tower and sent to the biogas generator room through pipelines for power generation, boiler heating, purification and connection to the national pipeline network.
